<p><strong>What you will be doing </strong></p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Relationship Ownership &amp; Executive Engagement</span></p>
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned partners across operational and senior stakeholder levels.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships across Product, Commercial, Risk, Marketing, Operations and Data teams.</li>
<li>Lead regular governance meetings, QBRs and performance reviews.</li>
<li>Position Liberis as a trusted advisor on embedded finance best practices.</li>
</ul>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Commercial Growth &amp; Performance Management</span></p>
<ul>
<li>Own commercial performance across revenue, funding volumes, renewals, retention and portfolio quality.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to grow merchant adoption, product usage and customer lifetime value.</li>
<li>Analyse performance data to identify trends, blockers and growth opportunities.</li>
<li>Partner with Analytics and Finance teams on forecasting, reporting and performance tracking.</li>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Partnership Expansion &amp; Product Growth</span></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the rollout of new financial products, features and merchant propositions.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to expand partnerships into new markets, segments and business lines.</li>
<li>Work closely with Product and Solutions teams on integrations, enhancements and launch plans.</li>
<li>Assess the commercial impact and scalability of new initiatives.</li>
</ul>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Operational Excellence &amp; Partner Experience</span></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor operational performance, integration health and the end-to-end merchant journey.</li>
<li>Proactively resolve operational issues, risks and process inefficiencies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Operations, Risk and Underwriting teams to manage escalations and improve outcomes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support partners with training, tools, insights and marketing initiatives to drive programme success.</li>
<li>Collaborate on co-marketing campaigns, merchant education and partner communications.</li>
<li>Encourage adoption of dashboards and reporting tools to support data-led decisions.</li>
</ul>

<li>Own reporting cadences and performance updates for assigned partners.</li>
<li>Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for partners and internal teams.</li>
