<h2>The Position</h2>
<div class="paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol">We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, optimisation, and governance of our Salesforce platform. This role combines strategic architecture ownership with hands-on development responsibilities, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support EOS' sales, finance, operations, and support functions.</div>

Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will provide architectural leadership while remaining actively involved in solution development and implementation.</div>
<h2>What You Will Do</h2>
<ul>

<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, automation, and custom applications.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Lead all technical aspects of Salesforce, including platform configuration, custom development, integrations, security, governance, and data architecture.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Act as the primary technical authority for Salesforce-related projects and initiatives.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Design and oversee integrations with internal systems, third-party platforms, middleware solutions, and AppExchange products.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Provide hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Java, and related technologies where required.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Establish and maintain best practices for architecture, development, testing, deployment, release management, and platform security.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Drive optimisation of business processes through Salesforce capabilities and automation.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Lead data migration initiatives, data quality improvements, and master data management strategies.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Review solution designs and code to ensure adherence to architectural standards and platform best practices.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Mentor and coach Salesforce Developers and Administrators, fostering technical excellence across the team.</li>

<h2>What You Need To Succeed</h2>
<h3>Essential</h3>
<ul>

<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Salesforce Architect certification(s) or a strong pathway towards Architect-level accreditation.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, APIs, governor limits, and best practices.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Strong hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce automation tools.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience designing complex system integrations using REST, SOAP, platform events, middleware, and other enterprise integration technologies.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Expertise in Salesforce data architecture, data modelling, governance, migration, and quality management.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience delivering scalable solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds and business functions.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Strong understanding of security architecture, role hierarchies, profiles, permission sets, and compliance considerations.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience leading technical design sessions and engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Practical experience with DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, version control, testing strategies, and deployment frameworks.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Strong knowledge of relational databases and enterprise application architecture.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Demonstrated success delivering complex Salesforce transformation or integration projects.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Desirable</h3>
