<p data-start="450" data-end="594">We’re looking for an experienced <strong data-start="483" data-end="522">Director Product Management (m/f/d)</strong> to join and lead a core product area at one of our Ecosystem Companies.</p>
<p data-start="596" data-end="803">As a <strong data-start="601" data-end="632">Director Product Management</strong>, you'll own a P&L-relevant product area end to end. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll set direction and ship it yourself, reporting directly to the founder.</p>

<h2><strong>In this role, you’ll:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li data-section-id="1vui196" data-start="895" data-end="1017">Own a P&L-relevant product area (logistics automation, pricing, or embedded finance) from discovery to shipped outcomes.</li>
<li data-section-id="1fo9oil" data-start="1018" data-end="1139">Own concrete targets, not vibes: we run on automation and retention metrics, and your area will have a number attached.</li>
<li data-section-id="1o96r4i" data-start="1140" data-end="1240">Conduct discovery with real users: traders, logistics operators, and buyers, weekly and in person.</li>
<li data-section-id="12b0ejy" data-start="1241" data-end="1347">Drive prioritization and delivery with your engineering squad, including the calls on what not to build.</li>
<li data-section-id="r3zuiv" data-start="1348" data-end="1429">Lead post-launch iteration driven by usage data and margin impact, not opinion.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Your Profile: </strong></h2>
<ul>
<li data-section-id="1p9au9j" data-start="1453" data-end="1577">5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years at a B2B scale-up, owning a product area through significant growth.</li>
<li data-section-id="18a252m" data-start="1578" data-end="1699">Experience shipping products in an operations-heavy domain: logistics, marketplaces, supply chain, fintech, or similar.</li>
<li data-section-id="rlwocn" data-start="1700" data-end="1812">Fluent with data: you pull your own numbers, define your own metrics, and change course when they tell you to.</li>
<li data-section-id="1nzckbv" data-start="1813" data-end="1934">Proven track record of fast MVP cycles: built, measured, iterated or killed, and you can walk us through the decisions.</li>
<li data-section-id="ifpepo" data-start="1935" data-end="2008">Experience shipping AI-powered features to production is a strong plus.</li>
<li data-section-id="100hq4c" data-start="2009" data-end="2066">Fluent in English; German is a plus, not a requirement.</li>
<li data-section-id="15njuyh" data-start="2067" data-end="2131">Self-motivated, iterating fast, and eager for product success.</li>
<li data-section-id="dx9o0y" data-start="2132" data-end="2209">A self-starter who takes ownership of a problem and makes sure it’s solved.</li>
<li data-section-id="1yr38bs" data-start="2210" data-end="2281">Comfortable giving and receiving feedback for continuous improvement.</li>
</ul>
<p>Please note that this position is based in Berlin.</p>
