Location: South West
We're working with a key client who is seeking a Lead Integration Business Analyst / Lead Technical Analyst to play a critical role in a major system integration programme.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, particularly around data mapping and integration delivery, who can also lead and mentor a small team.
Key Requirements: • Proven experience delivering on integration programmes - You must have worked on end-to-end system integration's and understand the associated challenges, dependencies, and best practices
- Strong data expertise, with a particular focus on data mapping - Have the ability to define, document, and validate complex data mappings across systems is essential
- Solid technical understanding - This includes APIs, Salesforce, and SQL (no coding required, but you must be comfortable working alongside technical teams)
- Leadership experience - ability to oversee and mentor a team of 2 Integration Analysts, providing guidance and quality assurance
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - Be able to confidently engage with senior stakeholders, Architects, and technical teams, translating complex concepts into clear business language
- Strong documentation capabilities - You'll be producing high-quality, detailed artefacts to support integration delivery
