About Us:
Carter Monroe Solicitors is an SRA\-regulated law firm based in Manchester, UK. We specialise in UK immigration law, including Sponsor Licence applications, Sponsor Licence compliance, Sponsor Licence revocation matters, and individual immigration services.
We are looking for a confident Lead Generation \& Sales Executive who can speak with qualified fresh leads, understand their requirements, explain our immigration services clearly, and help convert enquiries into clients.
This is not a cold\-calling role. You will be speaking with fresh and qualified leads who have already shown interest in our services.
Main Responsibilities:
\- Call fresh qualified leads, no cold calling
\- Speak with potential clients over the phone and understand their situation
\- Build and manage your own prospect pipeline
\- Follow up with leads until they convert or are disqualified
\- Explain our UK immigration services clearly and professionally
\- Identify whether a client may be suitable for services such as Sponsor Licence, compliance support, revocation matters, or individual immigration services
\- Work closely with the legal/admin team to pass suitable leads for the next stage
\- Keep accurate notes and updates in the CRM
\- Meet daily and weekly call, follow\-up, and conversion targets
\- Help improve the sales process and lead conversion rate
Required Experience:
\- Proven sales experience
\- Experience converting qualified leads into paying clients
\- Strong phone communication skills
\- Ability to build trust quickly with prospects
\- Good understanding of UK immigration services, or willingness to learn quickly
\- Confidence explaining service benefits over the phone
\- Strong follow\-up and pipeline management skills
\- Good English communication skills
\- Target\-driven and organised
Important:
We are looking for someone who can sell professionally and ethically. As we are an SRA\-regulated law firm, all communication must be clear, compliant, and not misleading.
Ideal Candidate:
\- Has previous sales experience in legal services, immigration, education, recruitment, finance, insurance, or professional services
\- Understands how to convert warm leads
\- Can handle objections professionally
\- Can follow up without being pushy
\- Can work independently and manage a pipeline
\- Understands that lead quality and client suitability matter more than aggressive selling
Bonus Skills:
\- Previous experience in UK immigration sales
\- Knowledge of Sponsor Licence applications
\- CRM experience
\- Experience working in a law firm or regulated service environment
\- Ability to speak additional languages
