In the Center of Excellence Talent Management \& Development, we are currently looking for a "Lead Training \& Development (m/f/d)".
Your tasks \& responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global Training \& Development strategy aligned with business priorities
- Establish and lead a central function for leadership and non\-technical employee development
- Build, lead, and inspire the global Training \& Development team while strengthening an international training network
- Define and implement standards, learning frameworks, and governance models to ensure high\-quality and consistent development offerings
- Conduct needs analyses and translate business requirements into structured learning concepts, training programs, and development paths
- Harmonize and standardize training formats across the organization and continuously evolve the learning portfolio
- Drive and deliver key training and development initiatives and projects
- Oversee training operations and ensure effective delivery in close collaboration with local teams and external partners
- Masters’ degree in HR, business, education, psychology or organizational development
- Extensive leadership experience (10\+ years) and profound experience in strategic training and development as well as general, operational HR management functions both from a central and decentral perspective
- Ability to analyze organizational needs and align learning strategies with overall business objectives; ability to reflect business needs from multiple perspectives and to derive suitable solutions for different stakeholders
- High proficiency with Workday Learning Management System, e\-learning tools and conceptional skills; innovative mindset and knowledge about new technologies and trends
- Very strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management, mentoring and presentation skills
- Fluent German and English skills both in written and spoken
