The Role

This is a high-impact leadership position with a teaching commitment. You will:

• Drive and shape a whole-school approach to English, literacy and oracy


• Deliver a coherent, ambitious curriculum from early years to post-16


• Take on phase leadership responsibility (aligned to your experience)


• Coach, develop and inspire staff through modelling and CPD


• Use assessment intelligently to raise achievement for all learners


• Play a key role in whole-school improvement and strategic direction

We are a specialist setting for pupils aged 5–18 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), built on strong relationships, high expectations and truly personalised learning.
