Duties
- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the dental nursing team, ensuring efficient clinic operations
- Deliver outstanding patient care by assisting dentists during procedures and providing reassurance to patients
- Maintain strict infection control protocols, sterilization procedures, and health \& safety standards
- Manage patient records accurately using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations
- Support training and mentoring of junior staff, promoting continuous professional development
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and excellent service
- Oversee stock management, including ordering supplies and maintaining equipment readiness
- Proven experience in patient care within a dental or healthcare setting
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with patients and team members in English
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to dental practice management and record keeping
- Sound knowledge of nursing principles, infection control, and health \& safety regulations
- Ability to lead by example, motivate team members, and foster a positive working environment
Pay: £27,750\.00\-£29,000\.00 per year
