Lead Dental Nurse(Full time)

We are hiring a driven and competent lead dental nurse to join our team. We are passionate about providing high quality dental care to the local community. We offer general dental care, both NHS and Private, Oral surgery service and a range of cosmetic dentistry in our busy 7 surgery practice.

• Private and NHS dental practice experience.

• Good dental knowledge and team management.


• Ability to motivate teams.


• To mentor trainee nurses.


• Competent with dental practice compliance.


• HR skills, complaint handling skills.


• To work closely with the Practice Manager in clinical audits and progress reviews with trainee nurses.


• Good business acumen.


• able to motivate the team to achieve KPI


• Applicants must be experienced and GDC registered.


• Enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.


• Reliable and a team player.


• Previous experience as a lead is desirable.

Hours of work:

• Monday 9am\-5\.30pm


• Tuesday 9am\-5\.30pm


• Wednesday 9am\-5\.30pm


• Thursday 9am\-5\.30pm


• Friday 9am\-5pm

Pay: £12\.71\-£14\.00 per hour
