Hours: Part\-Time (8–16 hours per week, mainly evenings Mon–Thurs) with opportunity in working in schools in the day \- lots of opportunity to build and grow hours and income
Pay: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) \+ performance bonuses \+ long\-term profit share
Locations: Weston Super Mare

We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and positive Dance Instructor to lead our Weston Super Mare schools, and build a thriving community of young dancers.
The Opportunity
This is not just a teaching role, it’s an opportunity to own and lead your own dance business in partnership with MF Dance.
You’ll receive full training, business mentorship, and all the tools and support you need to take over our 2 current locations in Weston with the opportunity to open more locations as your skills and knowledge of the business structure developes, some support cover for our Bristol schools needed from time to time.

- Lead fun, high\-energy street\-dance classes for ages 3–17\.
- Manage and motivate a local team of junior instructors, and scholar students.
- Choreograph routines for showcases, competitions, and performances.
- Handle day\-to\-day operations of your own schools (training provided).
- Support the recruitment and development of new instructors as your team expands.
- Promote your schools locally through social media, events, and partnerships.
- Uphold the MF Dance brand standards, curriculum, and student experience.
Ideal Candidate
- Passionate about street, commercial, or hip\-hop dance.
- Confident, outgoing, and a natural leader with excellent communication skills.
- Positive, proactive, and organised with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Has experience teaching or assisting dance classes.
- Experience managing people or teams (preferred).
- Based in WESTON Super Mare
- Must drive and have access to a vehicle.
- Ambitious and committed to personal and business growth.
- Street\-dance or performing\-arts experience (teaching or assisting).
- DBS check (will be arranged). ESSENTIAL
- First Aid qualification (training provided).
- Availability: Monday \& Thursday evenings (flexible to cover varied nights).
- 4 weeks holiday a year and 2 weeks off over christmas
- Willingness to work on the business as well as in it – this role rewards long\-term dedication and vision, not instant results.
- Competitive hourly rate (based on age \& experience).
- Progression to percentage of profits as your schools grow.
- Commission \& bonus structure for class growth and retention.
- Signing bonus for successful applicants.
- Fuel / travel expenses covered when required.
