YOUR IMPACT

You will lead end\-to\-end delivery of OpenText Engineering Information Management solutions for energy and engineering customers building complex assets like power plants and pipelines. You’ll own solution architecture, integration, and deployment, working closely with customers, R, and global professional services teams. Your work ensures critical engineering documentation is structured, compliant, and integrated across enterprise systems.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

• Solution Delivery: Lead end\-to\-end deployment of OpenText ECM solutions, including planning, design, installation, configuration, migration, and integration.


• Architecture\& Optimization: Design and implement scalable system landscapes, ensuring performance, reliability, and alignment with customer requirements.


• Cloud Enablement: Configure and manage cloud\-based proof\-of\-concept environments to support customer workshops and project validation phases.


• Innovation: Contribute to the evolution of Professional Services solutions by introducing enhancements and best practices.


• Integration: Design and implement integrations with enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams) and engineering tools (e.g., CAD, CAE, GIS, Primavera).


• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, internal teams, and R translate customer feedback into product improvement recommendations.


• Collaboration: Work effectively within a global, cross\-functional team in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).


• Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise software implementation.


• At least 3 years of hands\-on experience with ECM platforms such as OpenText Content Server, OpenText Extended ECM for Engineering, or Content Management for SAP (or comparable platforms).


• Relevant certifications (e.g., OpenText Content Server) are advantageous.


• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, XML, JavaScript).


• Experience with programming languages such as C, C\+\+, C\#, OScript, or web services is beneficial.
