Overview:

We are seeking a talented fashion photographer to take ownership of all campaign and brand photography.

You will be responsible for producing premium, aspirational imagery that reflects the aesthetic while maintaining exceptional technical and creative standards. From concept through to final delivery, you will lead the full photography process, ensuring all content is delivered on time and aligned with brand expectations.

This role requires a strong creative vision, excellent technical expertise, and proven experience working within luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or performance-led brands.

You will work closely with the Head of Creative Media and collaborate across creative, marketing, styling, and content teams in a fast-paced, highly creative environment.

About the Role:

Campaign Photography

• Lead all photography across campaigns, product launches, ecommerce, and brand content


• Develop and capture high-quality imagery aligned with the brands visual identity


• Plan and execute shoots both in studio and on location


• Collaborate closely with creative, styling, marketing, and production teams

• Produce and deliver professionally edited, high-end imagery


• Ensure all photography meets the highest technical and aesthetic standards


• Bring creative direction and innovation to all shoots


• Maintain consistency across all brand platforms and outputs

• Manage end-to-end photography workflow, from pre-production to final delivery


• Deliver work consistently to deadlines in a fast-paced environment


• Organise and maintain image libraries and campaign assets


• Support ongoing content creation for ecommerce, social media, and marketing

• Degree in Photography or equivalent industry experience


• Proven experience as a fashion photographer within luxury, lifestyle, fashion, or performance brands


• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work and visual storytelling


• Expert technical photography, lighting, composition, and editing skills


• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.)


• Up-to-date knowledge of current creative trends, digital content formats, and emerging AI tools in content production


• Strong understanding of retouching and post-production workflows


• Experience working in fast-moving creative environments


• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
