Lead Calibration Technician

As the Lead Calibration Technician for Carrigtwohill sites, you will report directly to the Site Lead and take ownership of the calibration schedule for your assigned location. You will be responsible for managing all planned and unplanned calibration activities, ensuring that all IMTE is maintained in a safe, timely, and quality\-compliant manner. Your role will also include assigning tasks to the calibration team, ensuring compliance with the CMMS, and supporting cross\-training initiatives. Additionally, you will represent the department at Tier 1 and Tier 2 meetings, contributing to site\-level communication and performance management

Education / Licenses / Certifications:
- A minimum of an NFQ Level 6 qualification or higher in Calibration, Metrology, Instrumentation, Industrial Measurement, Applied Physics, Instrument Engineering, Process Instrumentation, or a closely related technical discipline is required.
- Relevant Irish qualifications may include programmes such as BSc in Applied Physics and Instrumentation, BSc in Physics and Instrumentation, or progression from Industrial Measurement \& Control / Instrumentation and PLC Systems programmes
- Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable
