Laser Setter Operator Location: Andover
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive - dependent on experience
Join a Growing Production Team We're looking for an experienced and motivated Laser Setter Operator to join a busy and successful manufacturing team based in Andover. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment where quality and teamwork are key.
What You'll Be Doing • Setting and operating CNC laser cutting machines
- Loading materials using crane or forklift
- Producing high-quality laser-cut parts to specification
- Deburring and preparing parts ready for production
- Performing machine checks, maintenance, and fault reporting
- Supporting wider production when needed (press brake, assembly, fitting)
- Breaking out parts from laser beds
- Ensuring all work meets quality standards and production deadlines
- Forklift experience essential
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and job instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Experience operating a Press Brake
- Forklift licence
- Full UK driving licence
