Landscaping Estimator & Operations Manager
Overview
You’ll be the bridge between a customer’s first enquiry and a job well delivered. You’ll visit prospective clients, win the work through accurate pricing and a confident sales approach, then make sure each accepted job is booked in and resourced so it slots cleanly around the existing maintenance schedule and team availability. The aim is to take quoting and day\-to\-day operational coordination off the owner’s plate entirely.
Industry experience is essential. This role is only suitable for someone who has worked directly in the gardening and landscaping industry, it is not a transferable estimating role from another sector as you must understand timings for carrying out work in order to price correctly.
Please note: The vast majority of our work is maintenance work, so while this role spans the full breadth of our services, it is essential that you are equally confident pricing recurring grounds and garden maintenance as you are landscaping, fencing, and planting projects. Maintenance estimating is the core of this role, not a secondary consideration — candidates must be able to accurately price both maintenance and landscaping work to be considered.
Key responsibilities
Estimating \& quoting

Sales \& client relationships

Operations \& scheduling

Flag resourcing gaps, delays, or clashes early and resolve them.
