Landscape Team Leader

Allium Green Space Ltd is a fast\-growing landscape operations business, with over 15 years’ experience in both private, public and commercial sector, We providing a design and build landscaping service in both commercial and domestic settings.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Landscape Team Leader to join our team. if you are a practical hands on person and are experienced in installing a range of hard landscaping projects including porcelain, natural stone products, have an eye for detail and want to further your career, then come and join us.

Main responsibilities for the role:

• Actively lead and deliver with your team garden projects to agreed outcomes in terms of quality, project deadlines and budget, whilst maintaining and monitoring safe systems of work.


• Experience \& ability to install all types of hard landscaping surfaces including porcelain paving, Natural stone, steps, retaining walls, terracing etc.


• Experience in the installation of garden structures, gates, pergolas, decking, both composite and timber.


• Experience and ability to install all types of fencing and undertake repairs.


• Manage resources for practical projects, to ensure materials are ordered and delivered to site to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget


• Keep close contact with the manager to update on progress/any issues


• Good communicator

Your Package

• £32,000 \- £38,000 per year depending on experience (negotiable)


• 28 days holiday


• Company pension scheme

Schedule:

• Typically, 7\.5 hour days


• Monday to Friday


• Occasional Weekend working (Saturday only)
