We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ladies Boutique Manager to lead and oversee daily operations within our stylish retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a passion for fashion, and exceptional customer service abilities. Duties
- Lead and supervise the boutique team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, fostering a motivating environment for staff
- Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor team productivity
- Maintain high standards of presentation and organisation within the store, ensuring merchandise is well\-displayed and stock levels are optimised
- Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Oversee administrative tasks such as inventory control, sales reporting, and staff training programmes
- Foster a positive team environment through leadership, recognising achievements, and encouraging professional development
- Proven management experience within retail or fashion environments, with strong supervising skills
- Demonstrated success in sales management and team leadership, with the ability to motivate staff towards achieving goals
- Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail in merchandising and stock control
- Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with customers, staff, and suppliers
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks in a fast\-paced setting
- Administrative experience relevant to retail operations including reporting and record keeping
- Professional demeanour with polished phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and organisational prowess
