<p><strong>Job Summary<br></strong>Loenbro is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This is a physically demanding role that requires mindfulness and the ability to work well in a team.</p>
<p><strong>Essential Job Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.</li>
<li>Load and unload materials and equipment.</li>
<li>Operate hand and power tools under supervision.</li>
<li>Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil.</li>
<li>Assist with the installation of construction materials, such as pipes, concrete, and steel.</li>
<li>Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p>
<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>GED or High School Diploma.</li>
<li>Ability to work from ladders and scaffolds.</li>
<li>Lift & carry objects and materials of various weights.<strong> </strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Skilled in math which includes adding and subtracting fractions.</li>
<li>Able to pass preliminary and periodic drug testing.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p>

<li>Limited working surfaces.</li>
<li>Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors.</li>
