L2 Deskside Support Engineer - Banking

Ergo are seeking a Level 2 Deskside Support Engineer for a contract role in Dublin city centre . The successful Deskside Support Engineer will provide onsite support and onboarding M365 users .

This is a long\-term contract with an international market\-leader and experience supporting users in a banking environment is highly desirable.

Candidates should be open to a fully onsite role.

What will you do?

• Provide remote and desktop support to local users on Windows devices


• Deskside installs of PC, thin clients and Cisco phones


• Provide training to internal users on IT systems


• Basic network fault troubleshooting including replacing faulty hardware


• Get involved in project work

• 2\+ years experience in a similar role (Helpdesk Engineer, Desktop Support)


• Knowledge of M365 (Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)


• Mobile Device management using Intune / SCCM


• Previous experience in Banking / Financial services is desirable


• Hands\-on hardware installation experience


• Excellent communication skills


• EU passport or Stamp 4 Visa as sponsorship not provided
