A welcoming primary school in Waltham Forest is looking for a KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their team for the full academic year. Working Monday to Friday, you'll support children across Key Stage 1, providing general classroom assistance alongside dedicated 1:1 support for pupils with mild SEN.

What You'll Be Doing
• Supporting teaching and learning across KS1 classrooms
- Providing 1:1 support for pupils with mild SEN
- Assisting with small group activities and classroom organisation
- Encouraging pupils' confidence, independence and engagement
- Working closely with teachers to help children achieve their learning goals
• Has experience working with children or is a graduate keen to enter education
- Is patient, enthusiastic and approachable
- Builds positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Is committed to helping every child succeed
• Full-time role until July 2027
- £92-£115 per day depending on experience
