KS1 Teacher
Are you a passionate primary teacher looking to start or progress your career in a supportive school environment? Teaching Personnel is recruiting a dedicated KS1 Teacher for a welcoming mainstream primary school in Oldham, starting in September 2026.
This full-time role is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) eager to make a positive impact on young learners.
The Role
- Full-time KS1 class teacher position
- Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with staff and school leadership
- Holds, or is working towards, QTS and a PGCE
- Has a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Is committed to supporting pupils’ academic and personal development
Applications are encouraged from ECTs and trainee teachers due to qualify this year. Flexible day-to-day teaching opportunities are available before September to help build experience and confidence.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
