- Deliver pre-planned lessons in line with the school's curriculum and lesson objectives.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment where pupils feel supported and motivated.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, following the school's behaviour policies and expectations.
- Adapt lessons and activities where necessary to meet the needs of different learners.
- Support pupils' learning and development, including providing encouragement and guidance throughout the day.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service
- QTS qualification
- Up-To-Date safeguarding and allergy training
- References covering the last 2 years of employment
- Extensive knowledge of the UK curriculum
