What you'll be doing
- Stepping into KS1 classrooms and making an immediate positive impact
- Delivering engaging lessons that inspire and support young learners
- Creating a calm, encouraging and inclusive classroom environment
- Using your strong behaviour management skills to keep pupils focused and engaged
- Getting to know new schools, staff and pupils and adapting to different settings
- Taking on longer-term opportunities when the right placement comes along
- QTS and experience teaching within KS1
- A confident and adaptable teaching style
- Strong classroom and behaviour management
- The ability to build positive relationships quickly
- A passion for helping children learn and develop
- A valid DBS (or are happy to obtain one)
