You are the director of personalized services to seniors, carers and caregivers.
As a Customer Coordinator, you are active in the field of care and welfare, with a clear focus on seniors. Dovida's customers are mostly vulnerable elderly people with one or more chronic conditions, such as dementia.
Our services are aimed at living at home happily, safely and independently for as long as possible. Dovida offers care and support from the Wmo, Wlz, supplementary health insurances, subcontracting, PGB and on a private basis.
What are you going to do?

As Customer Coordinator (KC), you are the interlocutor for customers, family members, caregivers and healthcare professionals. You translate requests for help into concrete, appropriate solutions and monitor the quality and coherence of our services.
Core tasks
- Organizing quality, person\-centered care and services
- Translating customer questions into service hours and care plans
- Maintaining the balance between the medical and non\-medical fields
- Coaching and supervising caregivers in specific customer situations
- Providing training after train\-the\-trainer processes, for example about care in the last phase of life and living pleasure
- Conducting introductory, service and quality discussions with customers and their families
- Drafting service contracts and taking care of records in the ECD
Network \& growth
- Building and maintaining a relevant network of (potential) referrers
- Identifying and taking advantage of growth opportunities with existing customers
- Organizing information meetings and information sessions for customers, carers and referrers
Collaboration
You work closely with colleagues within the support team, including Service Coordinators and Caregiver Coordinators.
In addition, you participate in the accessibility services outside office hours, according to the schedule.
Who are you?

You are social, decisive and have a clear passion for elderly care. You also bring:
- A completed higher professional education, for example Nursing or Social Work
- Relevant experience in senior care and knowledge of the nursing/medical field
- Affinity with commercial and service work
- Strong organizational talent, stress resistance and an eye for quality
- Good communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, oral and written
- Experience with MS Office; knowledge of ONS is an advantage
- Living in the care area of — Dovida Netherlands Amstel\- en Rijnland

- Salary in accordance with CAO VVT scale 50, depending on knowledge and experience
- 8% vacation pay and a 13th month
