Summary

We are seeking a Kitchen Showroom Consultant to join our team in Edinburgh.(Maternity cover 12 Months fixed contract)

Based at our showroom in Edinburgh, you will play a vital role in helping customers design their dream kitchens while ensuring a seamless experience aligned with our company's values of quality and customer satisfaction.

*We are open Mon \- Fri 9\-5, Sat 10\-4*

*Closed Sunday*

Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up on all inbound and outbound leads


• Engage prospects via phone, email, and messaging platforms to understand their needs and qualify their interest.


• Use our CRM to track interactions, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records.


• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers and high\-quality meetings.


• Identify opportunities to improve follow\-up processes and increase conversion rates.


• Greet customers warmly and understand their needs for kitchen renovations.


• Assist customers in selecting suitable products, including doors, worktops, appliances, and custom wardrobes.


• Manage showroom diaries to ensure excellent coverage and flow throughout the day


• Maintain showroom organisation and keep product displays attractive.


• Build lasting relationships with customers to foster repeat business.

Qualifications

• You will ideally have sales experience in a competitive environment, coupled with bags of energy and lots of enthusiasm.


• You will be good with people, outgoing, friendly, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and have the drive to succeed.


• Experience in KBB (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms) industry would be an advantage

Pay: £27,000\.00\-£29,000\.00 per year
