Duties

• Engage with clients to assess their kitchen needs, preferences, and budget constraints through active listening and effective communication.


• Use design software such as SketchUp and CAD (Computer\-Aided Design) to create detailed 3D models and visualizations of kitchen layouts.


• Present design proposals clearly, highlighting features and benefits while upselling complementary products and upgrades to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.


• Assist customers in selecting materials, finishes, appliances, and accessories by applying merchandising principles to showcase product options effectively.


• Maintain organized project files, track client interactions, and ensure timely follow\-up to foster strong relationships.


• Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and installation teams to coordinate project timelines and ensure quality standards are met.


• Stay informed about current design trends, product offerings, and industry best practices to provide expert advice in multiple languages such as English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed kitchen designs.


• Strong communication skills in English


• Demonstrated ability to upsell products by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.


• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.


• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and estimating project costs accurately.


• Knowledge of merchandising principles to effectively showcase products and enhance the customer experience.


• Prior experience in kitchen or interior design is essential.


• Driving License and own car required.
