Duties

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements for their kitchen projects


• Create detailed, visually appealing kitchen layouts using design software on Winner


• Present design options to customers, highlighting features and benefits to encourage upselling of premium products and upgrades


• Assist clients in selecting materials, finishes, appliances, and accessories that align with their style and budget


• Maintain organized project files, ensuring all customer information, designs, and specifications are accurately documented


• Communicate clearly with suppliers and installation teams to coordinate product orders and delivery schedules


• Use merchandising techniques to showcase products effectively within the showroom and enhance the customer experience

Skills

• Proficiency in CAD software for creating precise kitchen designs


• Strong communication skills in English


• Ability to upsell products confidently by demonstrating value and aligning solutions with customer needs


• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently


• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and cost estimations


• Knowledge of merchandising principles to present products attractively and increase sales potential


• Effective listening skills to understand customer preferences and translate them into compelling designs
