<p>As Kitchen Porter at The Social Hub, you're the heartbeat of the kitchen. You keep everything clean, organized, and running like clockwork behind the scenes. From spotless dishes to sparkling surfaces, your work helps the entire kitchen team shine.</p>
<p>Whether it’s helping unload deliveries, making sure everything’s in its right place, or staying on top of hygiene standards, you’re essential to a smooth, safe service. You’ll work closely with the chefs and kitchen staff, picking up the skills and rhythm of a professional kitchen along the way.</p>
<p>No two days are the same, but one thing is for sure: your work makes a difference. And with full training provided, it’s a great opportunity to kickstart your hospitality journey.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly</li>
<li>Keep floors, surfaces, and bins clean following set routines</li>
<li>Make sure all kitchen areas, including storage and prep spaces, stay spotless</li>
<li>Help the kitchen team with basic tasks when needed – from unloading deliveries to organizing stock</li>
<li>Keep kitchen tools and equipment where they belong to support an efficient workflow</li>
<li>Follow hygiene and food safety rules like HACCP</li>
<li>Handle cleaning materials and gear safely and responsibly</li>
<li>Spot and report any issues or hazards right away</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You’ll Have</strong></p>

<li>No experience needed, we’ll train you</li>
<li>Some experience in a cleaning or support role is a plus</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a busy, active environment on your feet</li>
<li>A team player mindset with a positive, flexible attitude</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and a sense of pride in cleanliness</li>
<li>Reliable and hard-working behind the scenes</li>
<li>Clear communication skills – able to follow instructions and ask when in doubt</li>
