We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Kitchen Manager to take the lead in our kitchen at The Redmore Inn.

We’re a family\-run country pub known for great hospitality, quality food and world\-class live entertainment. We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills who takes pride in running a successful kitchen and wants to become a valued part of our team.

• Has previous Kitchen Manager, Head Chef or strong senior chef experience


• Can confidently lead, motivate and develop a kitchen team


• Has a genuine passion for quality food and presentation


• Can consistently deliver dishes to a high standard


• Maintains excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards


• Is confident with stock control, ordering and managing wastage


• Can effectively manage kitchen costs and labour


• Is organised, reliable and hardworking


• Thrives in a busy hospitality environment


• Is happy to work evenings and weekends
