We are seeking a confident, passionate and experienced Kitchen and Bathroom designer at Tudors KBB, situated in Merthyr.

Job Title and Type:
Kitchen \& Bathroom Designer. Full time, permanent.
Location:
Tudors Kitchens \& Bathrooms \- Merthyr
Hours:
40 hours per week, typically between 7\.30am \-4\.30pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 8\.00am \- 12pm.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: Negotiable according to experience

- To develop and maximise the Group’s profitable sales of Kitchens, Bathrooms and Showroom related products.
- Design kitchens and bathrooms in accordance with customers’ requirements and budgets, using the software provided.
- Carry out site visits to take measurements and prepare designs
- Prepare and submit plans, drawings and quotations promptly and accurately to customers following enquiries
- Follow up quotations in a timely manner so as to optimise opportunities for conversion into sales
- Deal promptly and efficiently with enquiries, orders, and problems associated with the Product Range, carrying out all related administration. Placing and following up orders with suppliers, checking deliveries for accuracy, booking goods in and notifying customers promptly about their orders to ensure completion.
- Promoting special offers.
- Work closely with internal and external sales teams throughout the Group.
- Produce specialist quotations
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to own car with business insurance (mileage reimbursed)
- Previous showroom experience
- Proven CAD experience
- Able to manage multiple products at once
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Passionate about delivering a high standard of service
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and self\-motivated
- IT Literacy
- A confident, enthusiastic, proactive and friendly personality
- A commitment to consistently delivering first\-class customer service
- Ability to use initiative and work well in a team as well as independently
