We are looking for you to join our team at our store in Berlin as a Key City Manager Retail \& Omni\-Channel (m/w/d) – Berlin as soon as possible.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
**Overall responsibility for the economic performance of our retail stores and outlets in Berlin
- Development and implementation of local growth and activation strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Building and further developing a strong and consistent brand presence across all retail touchpoints
- Operational management and further development of the store teams
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with wholesale partners in the Berlin market
- Central interface to merchandising, marketing, visual merchandising, and other internal teams
- Ensuring consistent brand and service quality across all sales channels
- Analysis of relevant KPIs as well as derivation of concrete measures for performance optimization
- Responsibility for a seamless omni\-channel experience between brick\-and\-mortar retail and digital touchpoints
- Observation of market, competitive, and consumer trends in Berlin
What you bring:
- Several years of relevant leadership experience in retail – ideally in the sports or outdoor segment
- Proven success in the profitable management of multiple stores, regions, or comparable retail structures
- Experience in building and further developing strong brands via retail
- Strong understanding of omni\-channel retail and modern retail concepts
- Very good knowledge of the Berlin commercial and retail market
- Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a pronounced hands\-on mentality
- High communication and networking competence
- Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
