Location: Chester City Centre (office‑based, short walk from train \& bus stations)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full‑time, Monday–Friday
About the Role
We are seeking an organised, confident, and relationship‑driven Key Accounts Sales Executive to join our growing team in Chester. In this role, you will be responsible for securing new partnerships while managing and developing relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long‑term value.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts — nurture and develop relationships with allocated clients
- Act as primary contact for all communication, support, and service queries
- Oversee service delivery to ensure projects and contracts meet agreed standards
- Identify growth opportunities including renewals and additional services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Prepare account updates, reports, and performance reviews
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation
- Support onboarding of new clients and ongoing account management
- Attend occasional client meetings across the UK (as required)
- Previous experience in account management, customer success, client services, or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time‑management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools
- Professional, reliable, and customer‑focused approach
- Experience managing key or strategic accounts
- Background in high‑value sales
- Experience within education, public sector, charity, housing, or corporate partnerships
- Understanding of contracts, service delivery, or project coordination
- Ability to identify opportunities to enhance client experience and retention
