Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and tailored solutions. Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling, aligning client needs with our product offerings.
- Analyse client data and market trends to inform strategic planning and decision\-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services tailored to client requirements.
- Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, sales pipelines, and account activities efficiently.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure favourable terms while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed reports on account performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives for senior management.
- Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellence in client service.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry or market sector.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing or mentoring teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently at all levels of an organisation.
- A proactive approach with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
