Key Account Manager

We're looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of mid\-market customers located across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg (Benelux) You'll be responsible for driving expansion revenue, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and building long\-term strategic partnerships that deliver measurable value for customers and sustainable growth for the business.

What we’re looking for:

- 5\+ years proven experience in account management within SaaS or technology
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Based in the Netherlands, ideally in Rotterdam, or able to commute to our Rotterdam office at least twice a week
- Strong track record of growing accounts and increasing ARR
- Experience working in mid\-market or complex customer environments
- Highly organised, with the ability to bring structure, prioritisation and focus in a fast\-moving environment
- Commercially astute with the ability to identify growth opportunities, build strategic account plans and influence executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in closing complex and multi\-stakeholder deals
- Comfortable operating in a high\-growth, international and purpose\-driven company
- Values CRM hygiene, not as a box\-ticking exercise, but as a way to drive outcomes
- Demonstrates curiosity and practical adoption of AI tools to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes
- Additional language skills, particularly French or German
- Background in construction, telematics or fleet environments
- Proven success selling into rental companies or contractors
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Amplemarket and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
What you’ll be doing:

- Own and grow a portfolio of mid\-market accounts across the Benelux region
- Drive net new revenue within existing customers (upsell, cross\-sell and expansion)
- Lead the full commercial cycle in collaboration with Customer Success
- Build credibility with operational, commercial and executive stakeholders across customer organisations
- Translate customer needs into compelling commercial solutions that deliver measurable value
- Run structured account planning, forecasting and business reviews
- Identify opportunities to expand software adoption across fleets, equipment and data insights (e.g. connectivity, utilisation, emissions reporting)
- Represent Trackunit at customer meetings and industry events

- You identify and convert new commercial opportunities across customers and stakeholders
- You create executive sponsorship that accelerates adoption, expansion and long\-term customer value
- You consistently grow ARR through upsell and cross\-sell, not just maintain relationships
