Key Account Manager
Key Account Sales Manager – covering Kent, London, Essex and surrounding areas.
For over 37 years Sprint Engineering and Lubricants have been supplying the industrial market sector with quality maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) products including bearings, mechanical power transmission, pneumatics, hydraulics, tools, health and safety equipment, lubricants, and lubrication services.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, energetic, experienced Key Account Sales Manager to join our expanding external sales team. We believe in quality over quantity, securing face to face appointments with new and existing customers is the preferred method, this is an active field based full time role.

Duties
- Arrange and book appointments for face to face site visits with customers.
- Set strategy, track, and deliver sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long\-term success
- Develop positive relationships with existing customers
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Establish and grow relationships with our preferred suppliers
- Have a proven track record within a sales environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills.
- An ability to deliver projects on time and to budget.
- Knowledge of CRM software, MS Office and virtual meeting platforms
