Job Overview
We are looking for a results\-driven B2B sales professional with technical understanding of polymers and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities in Portugal and north of Spain.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensuring all relevant sales activities for the development of customers and markets in line with defined strategies and budgets;
- Managing and developing existing customers, as well as identifying and acquiring new clients;
- Responsibility for budget planning for assigned customers, analyzing deviations and initiating corrective actions;
- Actively contributing to closing deals (“owner mentality”) and being responsible for achieving sales targets;
- Using our CRM system, including segmentation, activities, volume structures, and projects;
- Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments;
- Building strategic and reliable collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Product Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Service;
- Ensuring clear communication and timely escalation when needed;
- Contributing to the further development of internal sales processes and knowledge sharing.
- Degree in a technical or business\-related field;
- Experience in B2B sales in the field of Polymers;
- Language skills: Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English;
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and to identify opportunities;
- Hands\-on mentality with a strong service\-oriented mindset, both internally and externally;
- Ability to develop in\-depth knowledge across a wide range of product groups and processing technologies;
- Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability;
- Team\-oriented and eager to contribute to shared success;
