Welcome to the Customer Growth Team at shopware AG! As a leading e\-commerce company, we are seeking a passionate Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for our strategically important enterprise customers.
Your role is not just to satisfy our customers but to turn them into enthusiastic fans. Become our primary point of contact for key accounts (such as Poco, ThyssenKrupp, and Stabilo), elevate the after\-sales service with your skills, and contribute to reaching unparalleled levels of customer satisfaction. We are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) nationwide, ready to grow in a dynamic e\-commerce environment and play a significant role in Shopware's success. Regardless of your location, you will be an integral part of our team.
These are your tasks:
Key Account Management: Your primary responsibility lies in cultivating and developing strategic partnerships with our key clients. Your aim is to establish long\-term business relationships to ensure revenue growth.
Customer Relations: You are accountable for the comprehensive management of assigned key accounts, focusing on opening, closing, and retention.
Revenue Increase: Identify upselling and cross\-selling opportunities. Promote products from our technology partners (e.g., payment and shipping providers) to contribute to boosting revenue and maintaining a low churn rate.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication, problem\-solving, and ensuring customer expectations are met. Personal 1:1 relationships, regular strategy meetings, and an effective onboarding process play a central role.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Technical Support to ensure optimal fulfillment of customer requirements. Act as a liaison to internal specialists, ensuring that existing customers receive the best possible support.
Industry Events and Networking: Actively participate in industry events to nurture relationships, network, and establish long\-term, strategic partnerships with top clients (online revenue of approximately €50 million). This contributes to positioning the company in the industry and expanding the customer portfolio.
Participate in central team meetings at our beautiful campus in Schöppingen (approx. 6 times/year)
This is what you’ll bring to the table:
Proven Success: You have demonstrated success in Key Account Management, preferably in the e\-commerce or software industry.
Communication Skills: You possess excellent communication skills in both German and English, both written and verbal. You stand out with a confident demeanor, persuasive abilities, and a high level of empathy.
Independence: You exhibit the ability to work independently, organize yourself and your tasks efficiently, and proactively engage in problem\-solving.
E\-Commerce Knowledge: You have a fundamental understanding of the e\-commerce industry and a keen interest in staying informed about the latest trends and developments.
Relationship Management: You have a knack for relationship management and experience with large accounts in IT\-related fields.
Sales Skills: You can identify cross\-selling and upselling opportunities, proactively pursuing your sales goals. With us, you can exceed your quota and build a successful career.
CRM Experience: You are accustomed to working with a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
