We’re working with a fast-growing consumer brand shaking up its category across major UK retail channels. With products already landing in top-tier retailers and ambitious expansion plans, they’re looking for a hungry, high-energy National Account Manager to step in and take things to the next level.
This isn’t a “keep things ticking over” role.
You’ll take ownership of key retail and online accounts, build powerful relationships, and spot growth opportunities others miss. You’ll be right at the heart of the action - working across retail, eCommerce and B2B2C channels to drive real commercial impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and growing key national retail & online accounts
- Building strong, multi-level customer relationships
- Driving sales growth, margin, and commercial performance
- Spotting and winning new business opportunities
- Using data, insight, and instinct to maximise performance
- Collaborating with internal teams to bring new products to market
- Proven experience in retail, eCommerce or B2B2C environments
- Commercially sharp with a track record of delivering growth

Circa £50k base plus bonus (first year OTE around £85k but room to be plenty more)
