<p>A new position has become available to enable our growing Whitelabel team to expand. As a Key Account Manager in the team you will be responsible for looking after an existing book of business and ensuring it continues to grow.</p>
<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Regular client meetings with directors to discuss current performance</li>
<li>Develop strong relationships with current Whitelabel Partners</li>
<li>Work to generate additional revenue for our partners and training them on Ebury's products and capabilities</li>
<li>Working with Ebury teams to ensure service levels are maintained for partners</li>
<li>Working with the sales team to generate new business </li>
<li>Ensuring partners follow Ebury AMLs processes</li>
<li>Giving Ebury feedback on how to improve processes and systems to help our partners and clients</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you’ll need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li id="E225" class="qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-8"><span id="E226" class="qowt-font2-ProximaNova">Proven sales and/or partner management experience in a B2B financial services organisation, ideally coming from FX background</span></li>
<li class="qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-8">Ideally this person will have worked with a network of Whitelabel partners / Program Managers in the past </li>
<li class="qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-8">Ideally with a business/finance academic background. </li>
