Key Account Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of distributor, vending and foodservice accounts across the UK .

The role will focus on developing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving profitable sales growth within a fast-paced and competitive market.

Based in Harlow, Essex our client is happy for remote working with occassional visits to their office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts


• Identify and win new business opportunities


• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders


• Deliver against sales targets and KPIs


• Create account development plans and commercial proposals


• Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, operations and supply chain


• Monitor market trends, product development and customer needs


• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in account management or business development


• Strong communication and negotiation skills within packaging industries. (must have skill)


• Ability to build long-term customer relationships


• Self-motivated, organised and target driven


• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office


• Full UK driving licence preferred
