We are looking for a proactive and customer\-focused Key Account Executive to join our team. This role will be dedicated to managing one of our key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service, efficient order processing and smooth day\-to\-day account coordination.
Working closely with the Sales, Technical, Customer Service and Logistics teams, you will play a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating deliveries, managing stock levels and resolving customer service issues quickly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day\-to\-day operations of a customer account
- Processing daily customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinating deliveries and ensuring orders are fulfilled on time
- Monitoring and helping control stock levels to support customer demand
- Handling inbound customer calls and responding promptly to emails
- Assisting with customer service\-related issues and ensuring timely resolution
- Arranging replacement goods and coordinating stock availability where required
- Liaising with internal departments to investigate and resolve customer queries
- Taking ownership of customer issues through to completion while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Accurately updating customer information and case details within company systems, including HubSpot CRM
- Following company processes and procedures in line with operational standards
- Conducting follow\-up communication with customers to ensure successful outcomes and satisfaction
- Supporting KPI targets and contributing to continuous service improvements
- Maintaining calm, professional and solution\-focused communication at all times
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem\-solving and prioritisation skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive and collaborative team\-player attitude
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility for tasks and customer relationships
- Previous account management, customer service, logistics, or order processing experience beneficial
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot desirable but not essential
- Customer Service NVQ Certificate/Diploma advantageous but not essential
