Role Summary
As Crew Team Lead, you will support the Store Management in leading the team to deliver
exceptional customer experiences, drive profitable growth, and uphold operational excellence.
You will play a key role in team development, store standards, and ensuring omnichannel service
delivery. You will help protect the integrity of the store, team, and brand by adhering to all
company policies and procedures.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service. Offering styling advice and product recommendations and
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure daily tasks are completed to brand standards
- Motivate the team to meet store KPI targets and maintain a positive work environment
- Support with onboarding and training new team members
- Responsible for opening and closing the store, including securing premises, setting up
- Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills. Resolve customer issues
- Support stock replenishment and ensure timely processing of deliveries.
