Job Title: Junior Temporary Works / Structural Engineer
Salary: £30,000 \- £35,000 \+ Travel Opportunities \& Benefits

The Role
Join a fast\-paced team designing complex temporary structures (events, access, weather protection) for a worldwide client. This is a fast\-growth position for a highly self\-motivated engineer eager to rapidly expand their capabilities, travel internationally, and build innovative internal engineering tools.
Key Requirements
- Education \& Goals: Bachelor’s in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering, and actively working towards Chartership/Incorporation (e.g., ICE, IStructE, IMechE).
- Industry Standards: Solid working knowledge of BS 5975, TG20, TG9, and Eurocodes.
- Drafting \& Analysis: Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D design (Revit, SketchUp, Blender), and structural analysis software (e.g., SkyCiv, STAAD.Pro).
- Structural Mechanics: Strong grasp of beam\-column frame analysis, including a deep understanding of the underlying mathematical matrix operations.
- Programming Interest: Eagerness to learn and write code—specifically Rust (rust\-lang) or Python—to develop and automate internal structural analysis tools.
- Driven Mentality: Proactive, fast learner looking for hands\-on responsibility.
