Multifonds is now operating as a new standalone company, led by its existing management team.
The Role and the Team
The Junior Technical Analyst will be part of the Client Tech Support Team, working under the guidance of a Team Manager. The role focuses on providing level 2 technical support, handling installations, troubleshooting, providing support in both test and production environments, and supporting client environments across global teams. In terms of technology it handles SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle RDBMS, WebLogic, Oracle fusion MW, Oracle SSO stacks (OID, OAM), Chef, JBOSS, Kafka, etc. We are looking for a motivated Junior Tech Consultant to support technical operations and contribute to client satisfaction through proactive problem\-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and upgrade Multifonds applications in internal and client environments,
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues of varying complexity, ensuring timely corrective actions,
- Collaborate with Multifonds functional and technical teams including development and architecture, across the globe,
- Provide guidance on implementation of interfaces (inbound/outbound) and client reporting solutions,
- Propose effective technical solutions to address client challenges,
- Deliver on\-call support (24x7 rotation), including weekends and holidays,
- Contribute to the technical knowledge base through documentation and presentations,
- Provide guidance, training and support client IT teams on technical topics and environments.
- Education: Min. bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field,
- Experience: Open to recent graduates; prior experience in financial services or client support is a plus but is not required,
- Technical skills: Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle databases (11g),
- Soft skills: fast learner; good analytical and methodic problem\-solving abilities; ability to anticipate client needs and be proactive; dedication to improvement, quality and efficiency,
- Systems knowledge: Familiarity with WebLogic. Oracle Fusion Middleware (Forms \& Reports, ADF, BI Publisher) or JBOSS is a plus,
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills for global stakeholder interaction; French and/or German will be considered an asset,
