Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Opera’s Global Talent Acquisition Team and support hiring across multiple international locations. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a seamless recruitment experience while helping attract top talent to Opera. Working within a collaborative and globally distributed team, you will contribute to end\-to\-end recruitment processes, talent sourcing initiatives, and continuous improvement of hiring practices. This is an excellent opportunity for an early\-career recruiter to gain exposure to international hiring and develop expertise in talent acquisition within a fast\-paced technology company.

Role \& Responsibilities:

• Support end\-to\-end recruitment processes for international hiring projects across technical and non\-technical functions.


• Source and engage candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent communities.


• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment partners.


• Contribute to recruitment process improvements, talent pipeline development, and employer branding initiatives.

• 1\-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or a related field.


• Experience supporting full\-cycle recruitment processes, preferably in an international environment.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).


• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.


• Proactive, detail\-oriented, and passionate about delivering a great candidate experience.
