At MiiN Cosmetics, our passion for K\-Beauty drives everything we do, from offering high\-quality products to creating a unique and immersive shopping experience. Now, we are looking for a Junior B2B Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Barcelona and support the expansion of our B2B business across Spain and selected European markets.

In this role, you will support the Head of Spain and help manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients, contributing to MiiN's commercial performance and business development. If you are proactive, interested in sales, and passionate about the cosmetics industry, this could be a great opportunity for you to learn and grow in a dynamic and international environment.

Please note:

  • This position is based in Barcelona.
What will be your responsibilities?

Support the Head of Spain by:

  • Managing and optimizing the assigned client portfolio, primarily within the Spanish market.

  • Providing back\-office support to the Key Account Manager (KAM).
Manage accounts across other assigned European countries by:
  • Managing and optimizing the assigned client portfolio within Spain and the designated EU territories.

  • Expanding the client database in the assigned regions through proactive prospecting.

  • Achieving sales growth and meeting commercial objectives.

  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the territories.

  • Preparing and delivering detailed sales reports.

  • Traveling internationally to meet clients and attend trade shows.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a sales or B2B commercial role.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proactive approach to client acquisition.

  • Experience managing and growing B2B client portfolios.

  • Results\-driven mindset with the ability to meet sales targets.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a team\-oriented attitude.

  • Client\-focused mindset and strong problem\-solving abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus
