Matchasome is all about bringing premium matcha into modern everyday life. We’re building a contemporary matcha brand with a strong focus on quality, design and
culture – and we’re looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) to help us bring Matchasome
to more cafés, shops, hotels and workplaces across Europe. Based at our headquarters in Berlin, you’ll take ownership of growing our B2B business, with a strong focus on the DACH region and opportunities across the wider European market

YOUR MISSION

You’ll be responsible for developing and expanding our B2B network and turning Matchasome into the matcha brand of choice for exciting hospitality, retail and office partners.

Your key areas will include:

• Cafés \& Gastronomy – building partnerships with cafés, restaurants and hospitality concepts, primarily across DACH and increasingly throughout Europe


• Retail \& Concept Stores – bringing Matchasome into selected concept stores, design shops, museum shops, delicatessens and other premium retail environments


• Hotels – developing partnerships with hotels and hospitality groups


• Office Matcha Supply – growing our B2B office business and bringing great matcha into modernworkplaces


• Identifying and approaching new potential partners and turning leads into long\-term customers


• Building strong relationships with existing B2B accounts and identifying opportunities to grow them


• Representing Matchasome at relevant events, fairs and industry gatherings


• Working closely with our international team in Berlin to develop new sales ideas, partnerships andmarket opportunitiesWHAT YOU BRINGWe’re looking for someone who loves building relationships, understands the FMCG and hospitality world and knows how to turn a great product into a successful partnership. Ideally, you bring:


• Experience in B2B sales, business development or key account management


• A strong network and good contacts within gastronomy, hospitality and/or retail in the FMCG world


• A proactive, entrepreneurial and hands\-on mindset


• Strong communication and negotiation skills


• The ability to build relationships with everyone from independent café owners to larger retail andhospitality partners


• An interest in food, beverages, design, hospitality and contemporary lifestyle brands


• Fluent German and English


• Experience working across DACH and/or European markets is a plus


• And, of course, some enthusiasm for matcha doesn’t hurtWHAT WE OFFER
