Catexel supplies specialty chemicals to the fast\-moving consumer goods sector, with a focus on household cleaning, personal care and selected industrial applications. The product groups include surfactants, builders, bleach activators and catalysts, soil release polymers as well as thickeners and emulsifiers. The company, based in the Kalle\-Albert Industrial Park in Wiesbaden, is part of the International Chemical Investors Group (ICIG).

ICIG currently has around 30 industrial sites worldwide in Europe, India and the USA with a total of around 6,000 employees and a sales volume of approx. €2\.8 billion.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Chemistry or a related technical discipline; first practical experience through internships, student jobs or thesis work in specialty chemicals, Home Care or related industries is an advantage.


• Strong communication skills in English; German or other languages are an advantage.


• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.


• Willingness to travel and interest in working with international customers and colleagues.


• Curious, proactive and eager to learn, with a customer\-oriented mindset, analytical thinking and the motivation to grow into a commercial role.

• Work with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and translate them into potential commercial opportunities, with support from experienced colleagues.


• Support the positioning and promotion of our product range in Home Care and selected industrial applications.


• Coordinate customer\-related activities and technical sales projects together with sales, business development, application technology and customer service teams.
