Location: Leicester (Office-based with client travel)
Salary: £28,000 base + annual discretionary bonus
Additional: Mileage paid, progression opportunities
Full time- Monday to Friday 9.00am- 5.00pm

A Leicester-based business partnering with leading FMCG and food manufacturing clients across the UK. The company prides itself on delivering high-quality products and building long-term customer relationships, and is now looking to expand its commercial team with a driven Junior Sales Executive.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, entry-level sales professional looking to build a career in B2B sales within the FMCG and food manufacturing sectors.
You will play a key role in supporting business growth by managing client interactions, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting products to an established customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact clients via phone and email to build and maintain relationships
- Book and attend client meetings (in-person and virtual)
- Promote and sell company products to existing and prospective customers
- Identify new business opportunities within FMCG and food manufacturing sectors
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline
- Support the wider sales team in achieving revenue targets
- Deliver excellent customer service and act as a key point of contact for clients
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident making outbound calls and speaking with clients
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
- Organised and able to manage a varied workload
- Interest in B2B sales, FMCG, or food manufacturing
- Previous sales, customer service, or office experience is desirable but not essential
- £28,000 base salary
- Annual discretionary bonus
