The opportunity
Aura Connections is hiring a Junior Sales Executive to join our Glasgow team. You'll work directly with customers from the outset, gaining real campaign experience alongside structured coaching from experienced team members. We are an outsourced marketing company based in Glasgow city centre, prioritising market growth within the energy and telecommunications sector.
Key responsibilities
- Speak directly with customers as part of live marketing campaigns
- Present products and services clearly and accurately
- Learn core customer engagement and sales techniques
- Support campaign planning and day\-to\-day delivery
- Record customer interactions and campaign results accurately
- Comfortable engaging with individuals across all marketing campaigns
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Reliable, with good time management
- £26,000–£36,000 a year, depending on experience and performance
- Structured training in sales, customer engagement and business skills
- Mentorship from experienced team members
- Opportunities to take on additional responsibility as you develop
